Joe is a native of Youngstown, Ohio and graduate of Youngstown State University. Joe has served in a variety of public accounting and financial planning/trust investment roles over the past twenty years including serving as a Senior Vice President and Regional Manager for Pension Division at a large regional bank growing an asset base form $32 million to over $500 million in five years. He also served as a chief investment officer and later President of a $1.5 billion trust company setting record earnings and growth each year.

Mr. DePascale has nearly twenty years in public accounting and bank experience. He offers expertise in pension plan administration and design, portfolio management, tax preparation and planning, and estate and insurance planning. Joe has had several articles published across various media outlets and has appeared over one hundred times on national and local television discussing a variety of financial topics.
